So, I replaced the axle with my brother. But I seem to have broken a rust spot or something, because it’s basically straight piped now.

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

I drove around the block with it and that’s it. This was only revving to ~3000.

Soup can+ bailing wire=fixed

If not your style there’s hopefully some relatively solid material left to be welded to. We had a muffler shop fix  a split in the exhaust on my wife’s old car for $20.

I’m going to put it on ramps and look tomorrow. I may have hit something on the header. If there’s just a hole in a pipe, I’ll throw a soup/beer can on there with some JB weld and forget about it.
